Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and 9jeta7 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). The Terms govern all use of the 9jeta7 website accessible at https://9jeta7.net, its subdomains, associated mobile applications, and all services offered through those channels, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, crash games, promotional offers, and customer support services.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", depositing funds, or simply using any feature of the 9jeta7 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 9jeta7 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. All conditions must be satisfied simultaneously at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account's active status.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager on 9jeta7. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. 9jeta7 employs age verification procedures during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, and any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all associated balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

• Persons acting as agents, proxies, or representatives for another individual for the purpose of gambling.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services offered by 9jeta7, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. 9jeta7 relies on the information you submit at registration to verify your identity, process your payments, and communicate with you regarding your account.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document).
• Date of birth.
• Valid email address.
• Active mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.
• Preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka, BDT).
• Username and password of your choosing, subject to platform security requirements.

You must not impersonate any other person, use a fictitious name, or provide false information during the registration process. 9jeta7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence supporting any piece of registration information at any time.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to approving any withdrawal request, 9jeta7 will require you to complete a KYC verification process. This process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot confirming the registered bKash or Nagad account number matches the account holder's name).

KYC documents must be submitted in a clearly legible format. 9jeta7 may reject documents that are blurred, partially obscured, expired, or inconsistent with other account information. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify 9jeta7 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 9jeta7 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. 9jeta7 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold a maximum of one active account on 9jeta7 at any given time. If you hold more than one account — whether intentionally or unintentionally — all duplicate accounts will be suspended, any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided, and any pending withdrawals associated with the duplicate accounts may be withheld pending investigation. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to have the duplicate closed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

9jeta7 supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh, including mobile financial services (MFS) and domestic bank transfers. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and displayed with the ৳ symbol.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

Payment method availability may change from time to time. The current list of accepted methods is displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard. 9jeta7 does not accept payments from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

Deposit limits vary by payment method. As a general guide:

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200 (subject to MFS provider minimums).
• Maximum single deposit: ৳200,000 (subject to account verification status and payment provider limits).

Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set by the player through the Responsible Gaming section of the account dashboard. Once set, a lower limit takes effect immediately; an increase to a previously set limit will only take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

4.4 Transaction Fees

9jeta7 does not charge a platform-side fee on standard bKash, Nagad, or Rocket deposits and withdrawals. However, your MFS provider may apply its own standard transaction fees in accordance with its service terms, for which 9jeta7 accepts no responsibility. Bank transfer fees, where applicable, are disclosed during the withdrawal initiation process.

Bonuses & Promotions

9jeta7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. 5.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are credited in bonus funds, not withdrawable cash, until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

• Where a bonus is credited to your account, real-money funds are typically wagered first, followed by bonus funds — unless otherwise specified in the offer terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

9jeta7 employs automated and manual systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk or hedging betting strategies to clear wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk; claiming bonuses using payment methods that do not match KYC documents; or any pattern of play that 9jeta7 determines is designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine recreational gambling.

Where bonus abuse is detected, 9jeta7 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and derived winnings, suspend the account pending investigation, and permanently close the account if the abuse is confirmed. 9jeta7's determination in such matters is final.

5.3 Welcome Bonus

New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit, subject to the specific terms of the current welcome offer published on the platform. The welcome bonus is available to new account holders only — one bonus per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. 9jeta7 reserves the right to change or withdraw the welcome offer at any time for new registrations.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9jeta7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, voiding of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false or misleading registration information; submitting forged or altered identity documents; misrepresenting your identity, age, or jurisdiction.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account per person with the intention of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or evading a suspension or ban.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in any automated manner without the prior written consent of 9jeta7.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any competitive format to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Money Laundering: Using 9jeta7 as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. 9jeta7 is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or MFS provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and wagered on the platform. Any balance associated with a chargeback will be frozen pending investigation.
• Exploiting Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds in the platform software or game engines. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or identifiable error may be voided.
• Threatening or Abusive Behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing communication toward 9jeta7 staff or other players via any channel.

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by 9jeta7

9jeta7 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct, where a regulatory or legal obligation requires it, or where account activity raises concerns under our anti-fraud or AML procedures. During a suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

7.2 Permanent Closure by 9jeta7

Following investigation, 9jeta7 may permanently close an account where prohibited conduct is confirmed, where KYC requirements are not met within a reasonable timeframe, where the account holder is found to be ineligible to hold an account (e.g., under 18, previously self-excluded), or where continued operation of the account would expose 9jeta7 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Upon permanent closure for cause, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of voided bonuses and any amounts subject to AML holds may be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, at 9jeta7's sole discretion.

7.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the 9jeta7 support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Accounts closed voluntarily with a remaining balance will have that balance returned via the primary registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC checks.

7.4 Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

9jeta7 aims to provide a continuously available service but does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily limit access. 9jeta7 shall not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, including any wagers that could not be placed or settled during an outage.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Games on the 9jeta7 platform are supplied by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG systems operated by those studios, which are independently audited. 9jeta7 does not control game outcomes and shall not be liable for malfunctions, errors, or disputed outcomes arising within a third-party game engine. 8.3 Internet and Connectivity

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 9jeta7 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your use of the platform in a manner not authorised by these Terms.

8.5 Governing Language

These Terms have been written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute concerning the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall be the authoritative and controlling version. No translation of these Terms into any other language shall have legal force or effect.
